What is the return policy?
We want you to love your Fronzie goodies! But if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.
Returns are accepted within 7 business days of your delivery date.
Items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging. Please make sure your goodies are unworn, unused, and ready to make their way back to us.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless your item arrived damaged due to an issue on our end. If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
Because each piece is handmade with lots of love, we kindly ask that you handle your Fronzie jewelry with care.

When will I get my order?
Your Fronzie goodies will be packed up & shipped within 3 business days of your order!
Need a custom gauge size? If I don’t have your size ready to go, your order may need a little extra love & crafting time.
